Terms & Conditions

By using the consulting and coaching services provided by Full Frontal Leadership (the company), you (the client) agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Scope of Services: The company provides consulting and coaching services to individuals and organizations. These services may include, but are not limited to, advice and guidance on business strategy, personal development, Human Resources and related topics. The company does not provide licensed legal, financial, or other professional advice.

  2. The company will provide resume writing and job search related resources to the client, but will not be held responsible for the results of using those materials, including but not limited to the acquisition of a job.

  3. Consulting services may require additional terms and agreements, which will be outlined in a separate contract or agreement based on the scope of the project.

  4. Limitation of Liability: The company will provide advice and guidance based on our actual experience and first hand knowledge to the client. However, the company will not be liable for any decisions made by the client or outcomes resulting from the use of the services. The client is solely responsible for any decisions made and the outcomes resulting from those decisions including but not limited to financial loss, job loss, or damage to reputation. 

  5. Research and Information Gathering: In certain scenarios, the company may need to conduct additional research or gather additional information in order to complete services for the client. The company will use reasonable efforts to gather and present accurate and reliable information, but it does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided as part of the Services.

  6. In these scenarios, the client acknowledges that additional time may be needed outside of initial time advertised or promised to complete the service based on additional research and information gathering.

  7. Confidentiality: Any information shared by the client will be kept confidential, unless required by law to disclose such information.

  8. Payment: Payment for services are due in full at time of purchase unless participating in a payment plan agreement between the company and client on select service packages.

  9. Plan payments will be auto-drafted from client's credit card on file based on dates outlined in the payment agreement.

  10. No full or partial refunds will be given on service packages purchased after the start of the first package session.

  11. Consulting services may require additional terms and agreements, which will be outlined in a separate contract or agreement based on the scope of the project, to include payment terms.

  12. Cancellation: The company requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules by the client. No full refunds will be given within the 24 hour notice period, but a credit may be applied to a future service. If a cancellation is instigated by the company, a full refund for single sessions will be issued if requested by client. For package or subscription services, sessions will be rescheduled.

  13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions: The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the company's website. The client's continued use of the Services after any changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

 

By engaging with Full Frontal Leadership for consulting or coaching services, the client acknowledges that they have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
